The Schlotternächte of HotS bring numerous innovations and lots of additional experience.
At Blizzard, it’s a tradition to hold special events in all games during Halloween, and Heroes of the Storm is no exception. The Schlotternächte run until November 8, during which players can grab some bonuses.
During this time, there is a 50% bonus on all experience points earned in all game modes (except Training and Custom Game).
Additionally, there is the seasonal reward for completing the Schlotternacht quest. Those who play at least 15 games by the end of the event will unlock the portrait of Sheriff Valla for their account.
Apart from that, there are also some new skins, such as the mentioned Sheriff Valla and Xul the Scarecrow. Both are offered in the package along with the mount “Glubschauge.”
Anyone returning to Heroes of the Storm for the event should also take a look at the new Brawl mode, where there are big gold rewards and chaotic game rules every week.
