Heroes of the Storm: 20 kostenlose Helden – nur fürs Einloggen!

Blizzard is celebrating the launch of Heroes of the Storm. Every player of the MOBA receives a whopping 20 heroes – completely free when they log in.

On April 25, 2017, Heroes of the Storm will enter “2.0” mode, bringing significant changes to Blizzard’s MOBA. Notably, loot boxes are a new feature, allowing players to earn premium items even as free-to-play.

To celebrate the transition properly, Blizzard is distributing many bonuses to newcomers and veterans alike. A special offer ensures that all players can unlock 20 heroes completely free! They only need to log into the game starting April 25, 2017.

20 Free Heroes for All HotS Players

Here’s how it works: From April 25 to May 22, Heroes of the Storm will offer 4 different “Mega Packs.” Each contains a selection of a total of 20 heroes that belong to a specific theme. There are “Assassins,” “Flex,” “Supporters & Specialists,” and “Tanks & Frontliners”.

Each Mega Pack costs 100 jewels – and exactly this amount of jewels will be credited to every player for free after the transition to HotS 2.0.

However, the selection must be made carefully, as only one Mega Pack can be purchased per game account. It’s not possible to unlock all heroes cheaply this way.

The Assassin Pack

The Assassin Pack includes primarily damage dealers who excel at quickly eliminating enemy heroes. There is a solid mix of melee and ranged fighters as well as heroes with magical abilities or physical attacks. The following heroes from various franchises are included:

StarCraft: Alarak, Kerrigan, Nova, Raynor, Tychus, Zeratul
Warcraft: Chromie, Falstad, Greymane, Gul’dan, Kael’thas, Lunara, Sylvanas, Valeera, Zuk’jin
Diablo: Li-Ming, Nazeebo, The Butcher, Valla
Overwatch: Tracer

The Flex Pack

The Flex Pack offers a good mix of various play styles. If you don’t want to commit to a specific role, this is a great option. The following heroes from various franchises are included:

StarCraft: Abathur, Kerrigan, Lt: Morales, Tychus
Warcraft: Arthas, Whitemane, E.T.C., Greymane, Li Li, Rehgar, Rexxar, Sylvanas, Varian, Zul’jin
Diablo: Azmodan, Diablo, Johanna, Li-Ming, Nazeebo
Lost Vikings: Lost Vikings

The “Supporters & Specialists” Pack

If you are good at protecting your teammates, then the Supporters Pack is the right choice. A good mix of healers and tanks provides much variety on the battlefields. The following heroes from various franchises are included:

StarCraft: Abathur, Dehaka, Lt. Morales, Tassadar
Warcraft: Whitemane, Chen, E.T.C., Li Li, Malfurion, Medivh, Muradin, Rehgar, Little, Uther
Diablo: Auriel, Johanna, Kharazim, Tyrael
Overwatch: Lúcio, Zarya

The “Tanks & Frontliners” Pack

In the “Tanks & Frontliners” Pack, you’ll find the “heavy guys” who are hard to kill and pose significant challenges to most assassins. In addition to strong tanks, there are also some sturdy assassins and specialists. The following heroes from various franchises are included:

StarCraft: Alarak, Artanis, Dehaka,
Warcraft: Anub’arak, Arthas, Chen, Illidan, Muradin, Ragnaros, Rexxar, Samuro, Little, Thrall, Varian
Diablo: Diablo, Kharazim, Leoric, Sonya, Xul

If you don’t want any of this, you can of course spend the jewels on other things. However, there probably won’t be a better offer.
