It was announced very early on that Black Myth: Wukong would be the start of a series of games. With Black Myth: Zhong Kui, the first sequel has now been revealed, but a release date has not yet been set.
World of Warcraft – Midnight
Blizzard showcases the opening cinematic for the new World of Warcraft expansion. It features the attack on Silvermoon – and the Blood Elves are back as well.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 – Legacy of The Forge
In the new DLC for the hit role-playing game, you can once again focus on what Henry learned from his father: the blacksmith’s craft.
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2
The sequel to the role-playing game Vampire: The Masquerade arrives with a new trailer and a release date: after a long development period, the game is set to launch on October 21, 2025.
Cronos: The New Dawn
The horror game from Bloober Team looks like a spiritual successor to Dead Space and received a new trailer at ONL. The release date is set for September 5, 2025, so you’ll be able to get your hands on it soon.
The Outer Worlds 2
A new trailer for the Outer Worlds sequel showcases the game’s companions. The release is scheduled for October 29, 2025.
Neverness to Everness (NTE)
NTE is a new open-world role-playing game with an anime look, coming to PC (Steam, Epic Games), mobile, and PS5.
Honor of Kings: World
Honor of Kings: World is the MMORPG spin-off of the hugely successful Chinese MOBA Honor of Kings. There’s no release date yet, but you can try out the game at gamescom.
Ninja Gaiden 4
A new trailer for Ninja Gaiden 4 was shown at ONL, offering further insights into the story. The action game is set to release on October 21, 2025.
Fallout Season 2
The Fallout series on Amazon Prime is getting a second season, which will premiere on December 17, 2025.
Monster Hunter Wilds
In September, Final Fantasy XIV comes to Monster Hunter Wilds. This collaboration will be released as a free update for the action RPG.
Final Fantasy XIV
At the end of October, the collaboration between Final Fantasy XIV and Monster Hunter Wilds will also come to the MMORPG. In FFXIV, you’ll then be able to hunt one of the nastiest beasts from MHW.
Warhammer 40.000: Dawn of War IV
After the remaster of the fan-favorite first installment of the RTS series, a sequel has now been announced – eight years after Dawn of War 3. There’s even a bit of gameplay to watch.
Lords of the Fallen 2
Hexwork and CI Games have announced the sequel to the Soulslike with a new trailer. At first glance, it mixes Elden Ring with Cthulhu.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7
Call of Duty shows its first gameplay for Black Ops 7 in the trailer and seems to be doing the exact opposite of what Battlefield 6 is currently doing. The new installment of the shooter series is set to release on November 14, 2025.
Swords of Legends
What Star Wars is to much of the world, Swords of Legends is to China, and the major franchise is getting a new action RPG. However, there’s no release date yet.
Valor Mortis
Valor Mortis is a new first-person Soulslike. You play a former soldier of Napoleon who returns from the dead and faces other monstrous warriors. The game is set to release in 2026.
