Heroes of the Storm follows Blizzard’s long tradition of equipping each unit with amusing statements. Since there’s hardly any time to listen to all the quotes in peace during the heat of an actual battle, the “Try It Out” mode is perfect for this. At heart, Rexxar seems to be the epitome of a typical WoW hunter, who claims all loot by default – why? He’s a hunter! He can carry it! There’s also reference to his past in the Desolace area or his origins in the shattered world. You should listen to his statements yourself:
Especially the more than clear reference to Hearthstone is well done, as the hunter is quite disliked there – at least by all his enemies. What do you think of these quotes? Too silly or do they fit perfectly into the game’s atmosphere?
