Rank 6: Perturabo
Perturabo is an absolute genius of engineering and almost a fanatic when it comes to technical enhancements of his body. Just like his Iron Warriors, Perturabo relies on cybernetic implants rather than mutations.
This gives him and his Chaos Space Marines greater control over what new abilities they actually want – mutations are less predictable. Nevertheless, Perturabo has now risen to a Chaos Prince of the Undivided Chaos.
In combat, Perturabo is physically and psychologically inferior to many Primarchs. However, his mid-ranking position lies in his intelligence and his ability to control a battle. A good example of this is his personal Terminator armor, which cybernetically connects him with every part of his forces and comes equipped with technical gadgets like a shrapnel bolter and a precise teleport module.
Instead of fighting aggressively, Perturabo adapts his fighting style to his opponent, sets traps, and uses his enhancements to manipulate the battlefield to his advantage. This has even allowed him to defeat overpowering opponents like Angron in duel. However, in general, his pure combat strength is inferior to most Primarchs.
