Rank 4: Roboute Guilliman (Ultramarines)
The Ultramarines are one of the most important chapters of the Space Marines and Roboute Guilliman is one of the most important characters in the entire history of Warhammer 40,000. He wrote the Codex Astartes, which is now regarded as the rulebook for the Space Marines.
Originally, Guilliman, or Guillaume, as he is known in German, was not the strongest fighter among the Primarchs and even rather weak in comparison. However, as a logistician, he is unmatched, and he is also considered a top candidate as a strategist. He is the only Primarch who governs a vast empire with multiple systems. Today, he is even the leader of the Imperium.
That he now ranks so high on the list is due to his new abilities. After Guilliman was nearly killed by Mortarion and trapped in stasis for millennia, he recently awakened and is not yet fully healed.
However, it is emerging that Guilliman has certain divine qualities, which he even suspects in the Emperor—although as his direct son, he should actually know better. The exact extent of these powers is still unknown, making it difficult to assess him. In any case, Guilliman is now significantly stronger than before.
