Hearthstone has its generosity on and gifts you a golden card. We reveal what you need to do for it.
Shortly before the release of the new expansion “The Journey to Un’Goro”, Blizzard is turning on the generosity and gifting players of the card game free rewards. Over the last few days, there have been packs of cards, Arcane Dust, or gold just for logging into the game. Today, on 04/05/2017, there is also a login reward: the golden Volcanosaur – the Volcanosaur.

To add him to your collection, you simply need to log into the game by midnight at the latest. If you do not receive the dinosaur immediately, it is because your game is not yet upgraded to the latest version. Make sure in the Battle.net launcher that the patch for “The Journey to Un’Goro” is already installed.
You can check in your settings whether patches for future versions of the game are to be downloaded already.
The Volcanosaur is a servant for 7 mana, possessing stats of 5/6. However, his battle cry allows him to mutate twice, which typically gives him enough stats for his cost. Mutating grants the dino additional effects like Divine Shield, increased stats, or even “poisonous”, to destroy servants with a single attack.
If you do not wish to own the golden Volcanosaur, logging in is still worthwhile: You can disenchant it for 100 Arcane Dust and craft other cards from the new expansion as soon as it goes live tomorrow.
