With just one move to victory? With this OTK combo, a Warlock achieves funny moments in Hearthstone – the opponents are likely to cry.
In Hearthstone, players keep coming up with interesting ideas to combine existing cards. Sometimes unsuspected synergies arise, and some card combinations have led to an OTK combo. These “One-Turn-Kill” combos wipe out the opponent in one move, without them being able to defend themselves.
Most of the time, these combinations are frowned upon, and in ranked play, there are only a handful of these possibilities (like the “Exodia Mage”). A natural limit here is the card restrictions – only cards from the current and previous year can be used.
However, in the “wild” game mode, this restriction does not exist. All cards are allowed there.
The YouTuber and player Teelo shows a particularly funny variant. As a Warlock, he completely relies on his “Late Game” and tries to survive just long enough to have all the necessary cards in hand.
With the Drakkari Enchantress and Emperor Thaurissan, he lowers the cost of all cards in hand by 2 points in just one move. This allows him to play Majordomo Executus in the following turn and give it to the opponent thanks to Bribery. With the Crystalclear Potion, Executus is immediately destroyed – causing the opponent to become Ragnaros and have only 8 health points left!
Then come two Dark Bombs to the face and a Curse of Rafaam – bang, the opponent is down in just one turn.
What is your funniest OTK combo that you have experienced in Hearthstone? Do you think these possibilities are good? Or should they be removed from the game?
