In Blizzard’s online card game Hearthstone , data miners have found hints about the next expansion.
In a recent small patch in Hearthstone, data miners from “Hearthhead” found hints that the next expansion could be quite classic, going into Blackrock and mainly focusing on the ancient raid “Molten Core”.
This would likely be an “adventure” where players fight against NPC bosses for cards – just like in Naxxramas. They have also found hints that the next card back could revolve around “Ragnaros”. Additionally, there are strings indicating that they want to celebrate the first anniversary of Hearthstone with an in-game event “golden”.
Hearthstone players won’t have to wait long before they find out whether there is any truth to the rumor: March already expects an announcement of the next expansion next Tuesday, March 6th, at PAX East in Boston.
