The Hearthstone year 2022 is ushered in with the first expansion. Now that all cards are known from the reveal stream, we can present all the new features from “Journey to the Sunken City”.
This time there are even two new keywords that bring a breath of fresh air into the Hearthstone routine.
The first is “Berg”. Cards with this effect allow you to look at the bottom 3 cards of your deck to promote one of them to the top – so it will be the next card you draw. The mechanics go hand in hand with many card effects that ensure that particularly powerful cards are banished to the bottom of your deck.
The second keyword is “Colossal” and can be found on particularly powerful minions. This means that this minion is too large to be a single creature. Colossal minions summon additional body parts, which are usually connected to the main part of the body through various effects, enabling exciting interactions.
