As part of the Warcraft universe, Hearthstone is full of hidden humor and numerous references. Anyone who has looked at the card comments in the collection must have grinned several times. But even during the ongoing matches, you can discover some hidden lines from cards repeatedly.
Cairne Bloodhoof reacts particularly when you play him against Garrosh. Even the latest expansion “The League of Explorers” is full of such hidden references. The YouTuber Disguised Toast has taken the time to uncover some of the best Easter Eggs.
Some of them are just amusing in nature, while others reveal a bit about the lore and the relationships between different characters. You should check out the video for yourself.
Particularly amusing were the minions that you cannot actually obtain. Only through cards with control effects (e.g., Mind Control or Sylvanas) can you control these minions, and therefore you hear their lines when played and attacked rather rarely.
