Head of the hot new game for PS5 promises that there will be no paid content – With one exception

All extras free of charge, with one exception

According to Hyung-Tae Kim, they are currently considering whether to release a major DLC after the launch of the game.

Players can be assured that additional costumes and a New Game + mode will be added after release.

All additional content is supposed to be free. Thus, Stellar Blade will not contain microtransactions, and players will not have to spend any more real money to unlock certain additions after purchasing the game.

We want to make it clear that there are no additional costs for “Stellar Blade” other than the purchase price that players are not aware of.

But there is one exception, as the director admitted: If there are costumes released in collaboration with another game, real money may be required for unlocking them.

So far, no official collaboration between Stellar Blade and another game has been announced. However, this statement suggests that we can expect collaborations with other titles in the future.
