Tonight is Halloween. Even in Germany, people dress up and go out on the streets. Although some might argue that this was simply established by the costume industry through strong lobbying efforts to create a second market beside Carnival (where it is well known that the Treehouse-of-Horror episodes of The Simpsons are actually behind it). Anyway, SOE has taken this as an opportunity to release some professional makeup tips for their games.
And what could be better for Halloween than a zombie costume? Especially with the Walking Dead marathon on RTL II keeping everyone awake for weeks. Transforming into a zombie is quite stressful both in fiction and real life. Particularly if you want to get it right professionally – as you can see in the video. And the poor guy in the chair has to endure quite a bit of sitting while the two makeup artists work on him as if he were meat with eyes. But the result is impressive.
