Path of Fire is the second major expansion of Guild Wars 2. However, unlike the first addon Heart of Thorns, both the hype and the expectations for Path of Fire have been rather subdued so far. We even wrote an article on the question of whether Guild Wars 2 is still relevant as a major title?
Therefore, we started a survey about whether you want to get Path of Fire or not.
Survey – Most of you would buy Path of Fire
A few days ago we launched a survey and wanted to know, “Will you get Path of Fire for Guild Wars 2?” The results were more positive than one might have expected based on the previous mood:
- 2 percent of all voters have never heard of Path of Fire
- 5 percent play Guild Wars 2 but have (yet) no interest in the addon
- 11 percent are still undecided.
- 12 percent would start playing Guild Wars 2 again thanks to Path of Fire
- 18 percent disagree and will not start again
- A whopping 52 percent, however, are fully convinced! They are already actively playing GW2, getting the addon and looking forward to it!
In total, 64 percent of all participants would definitely get the addon. 852 readers participated in the survey.
