In Guild Wars 2 the finale of the third season of the Living Story starts on July 25th. You will also get a new fractal.
In Guild Wars 2, the fractals are part of the endgame content. They consist of small instances that each focus on a special moment from the history of Tyria: such as the end of the Thaumanova Reactor or the liberation of a Stone Colossus. To effectively handle the fractals, you even need special armors, as otherwise, a steadily increasing debuff will eventually take you down.
If the previous fractals have been too little for you, you can look forward to July 25th.
Guild Wars 2 – New Fractal on July 25
On Facebook, the developers recently announced that on July 25th there will not only be the finale of Season 3 of the Living Story. Moreover, a new fractal will be introduced to the game at that time. However, ArenaNet did not provide more info. The Facebook post only shows a mini-video with the release information and strange fractal patterns.
Therefore, many players are already speculating in the comments. Some think that your heroes will take on the roles of gods and reenact the fall of the evil god Abaddon.
Others suspect an episode from the life of the cool Charr hero Rytlock Brimstone.
We will probably learn more details on July 25th when the update for the season finale goes live.
