The vibrant story of Guild Wars 2 reaches the penultimate chapter of Season 3 with the episode “Flashpoint”. Several stories come to a close, and there are expected to be all sorts of shocking revelations.
Unlike the previous seasons of the living story of Guild Wars 2, the action kicked off right from the start in Season 3. Two powerful elder dragons made their presence known. As the story progressed, the cultists of the “White Mantle” known from Guild Wars 1 joined in, and now a Mursaat named Lazarus plays a key role. He is central to the upcoming penultimate episode “Flashpoint”.
Guild Wars 2 – “The enemy of my enemy is my enemy!”
Those Mursaat, ancient deities who once ruled the land of Kryta, were the main enemies in the first Guild Wars. However, Lazarus seemed to be on your side in Season 3, helping you against the dragons Jormag and Primordius.
But now it seems he is revealing his true colors and playing the villain. Is he in cahoots with the dragons? Or is it all just a charade and Lazarus is playing his own game? And how are your heroes and their friends involved in all of this?
All these questions are likely to be answered on May 2, when Flashpoint, the penultimate episode of Season 3 of Guild Wars 2, goes live.
