The first official video teaser for the biggest update of all time in GTA Online has been released by Rockstar. Now we have the first images of the map expansion that awaits us. We show you what it looks like.
This is the teaser: After recent construction work at the Diamond Casino and speculation from players, there is now the first official video teaser for the massive update.
Update on 20.11. at 16:20: GTA Online has officially introduced the new solo heist Cayo Perico with a video.
On Twitter, Rockstar Games posted a mini-trailer showing a location that has not yet been in GTA Online. It is becoming clear: It is an island! Rockstar had already promised that there would be a new location.

A complete island as an expansion?
This is what could be seen in the teaser: In the “trailer”, various images flicker as if someone is switching through multiple security cameras. But you can recognize a city with several houses. Since this place does not currently exist in the game, it is likely the new location that awaits us.
The island does not seem to be small, as there are still large fields scattered around and space for green areas. More images were shown by GTA Series Videos on Twitter.
But another hint in the teaser has players perked up. A small image with the outline of an island is visible. This strongly suggests that the new content will be located on an island. Players had already suspected this, as a corpse suddenly keeps appearing in various places on the beach.

The corpse that now appears on the beach also made an appearance in the mini-trailer. Although it is still unclear what happened to the person and why they were so badly beaten, we at least now know the name: John Doe.
Unfortunately, it is still not known when the update will be released. Only that it will be released in December 2020. Until more information about the biggest update of all time is available, players can still take advantage of the bonuses and discounts.
