The Cayo Perico Heist is popular in GTA Online . With a trick, you can make the setup mission for reconnaissance easier. Players show how to do it.
In December 2020, GTA Online released the lucrative Cayo Perico Heist. As you might know from other heists, you have to complete a few setup missions before you can start the finale. One of the missions is reconnaissance. With a trick, this is easier, since you can acquire a Pegasus vehicle for it.
The advantage is that you don’t have to walk to all the points. This saves you a lot of time.

How does it work? For the trick, you can use various vehicles that you request through the in-game phone from Pegasus. The requirement is that they must be able to swim.
One of the best vehicles for this is the Dodo seaplane or one of the boats. You can also use the new boat with weapons on board, but the weapons don’t work.
So before starting the reconnaissance mission, call one of the vehicles you want to use. Then drive or fly it to the point on the map that is located in the bottom right corner of the map. The spot where the island should actually be, if it weren’t invisible in Free Roam.
At that point, get out of the vehicle, open the interaction menu, and bring your character to the spot in the water.
If you now start the reconnaissance mission, you will find your Pegasus vehicle nearby or even on the island, depending on where you parked it.
