In GTA Online, a time trial is now active for a limited time. If you finish within the required time, you will earn 101,000 GTA dollars. We will show you how easy it is to win the race.
How do you earn the money? Once a week, time trials rotate in the world of GTA Online. This type of race can be found in the open world of GTA 5 Online. So you don’t have to join any game mode.
Drive to the starting point of the race. There, the required time will be indicated. Then you have to speed across the map to the finish point. You can earn 101,000 GTA dollars.
Which race is active this week? Until April 25th, the time trial “Maze Bank Arena” is active. As the name suggests, it starts at the Maze Bank in the south of the map. From there, you go a few kilometers north to reach the finish.
If you manage to beat the time of 01:17.8, you will receive 101,000 GTA dollars in your account.
How to Win the Maze Bank Race in GTA Online
The course of the race: The route is quite clear, you will practically just follow one road. The start is a bit tricky, and it gets tight just before the finish.
This is how the drive goes: During the race, you should avoid accidents to arrive on time at the finish. To take the fastest route, a perfect start is crucial.
At the finish marker, position yourself facing north and drive through the middle pedestrian path, down the stairs, across the road to the main road. In pictures, it looks like this:
Practice the start briefly to get a feel for the right turn onto the main road. After that, just follow the road northward.
In the last section of the route, it gets tight again, as the road is only two lanes until just before the finish. So watch out for oncoming traffic there.
From this point, it is still about 1 kilometer on the narrow route to the finish.

Can you repeat the race? Yes, you can repeat the race, but you will only receive the 101,000 GTA dollars once. After that, you’ll only get $2,000 to $4,000 as a consolation prize.
Which car should you use? Take the fastest car from your garage for this race. Speed is particularly important here.
Unfortunately, you can no longer participate in time trials with the Vigilante. We used the Warrior in our later attempt and were able to easily beat the best time with it.
