From now on, you can find the Yeti in Ghost Recon Wildlands. The search will pay off for you with a supply of resources.
The great search for the Yeti in Bolivia has started again. In Ghost Recon Wildlands, the new season challenges are active, sending you on a quest for a mysterious creature in the mountains. If you complete the tasks, you will earn a pile of experience points and many resources.
Yeti in GRW – Locations
You have one week to complete the season challenges in GRW. On Thursday, July 20, it’s over, and the challenges will no longer be available. You should make use of this time, as a reward you can expect 2,500 experience points for your account. Additionally, your resource stockpiles will be replenished. For completing the solo challenges, you can expect 2,500 units of each resource in Ghost Recon Wildlands.
With this, you can quickly upgrade your character and perhaps unlock a skill or two. However, these rewards are only given once for each completed single mission. Multiple “farming” of these missions is not possible.
You can earn a total of 7,500 experience points and units of each resource
Solo Challenges
- Find all clues to the Yeti’s whereabouts
There are a total of five clues that you need to find for this challenge. They are located at the following places:
- First clue -20.7959 / -64.6258: A small camp in the mountains. Walk around the position until progress is displayed.
- Second clue -20.6620 / -65.4029: A cave that you must climb into. Move around in the cave until progress is credited.
- Third clue -19.3564 / -66.7911: Here you will find a plane wreck. Carefully inspect the crash site to have progress displayed.
- Fourth clue -20.5473 / -65.8779: A climber in the mountains. It’s advisable to land with a helicopter on a rocky ledge and use the drone to fly to the climber. This will credit the progress.
- Fifth clue -20.4269 / -66.3492: Near a jeep. Move between the jeep and the corpses to receive the 5th progress point.
Summon the Yeti – Find the right rock
- Summon the Yeti
To summon the Yeti, fly to the coordinates -19.7421 / -66.6623. There, you will find a stone by the river with bloodstains on it. Go to this stone and use the “Inspect” function that will be displayed to you. Then quickly take cover behind a rock!
Kill and photograph the Yeti
Once you have summoned the Yeti and taken cover, you can kill him. He is sitting as a marksman nearby on a mountain and has you in his sights – so be careful.
When you have killed him, go to his corpse and select the “Inspect” action there. Your character will photograph the corpse, and you will have completed the last point of the solo challenge.
Remember: These challenges are only active until July 20. If you need experience and resources, you should hurry.
