The official start for the open beta of Ghost Recon Wildlands was at 12:00 PM today. “Open” beta means that you do not need to register in advance for this test phase or unlock your access with keys. Anyone can participate in this phase until February 27th at 12:00 PM and get an impression of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands.

In Ghost Recon Wildlands, your task as Ghosts is to defeat the Santa Blanca drug cartel, which has gained significant power over Bolivia. You can complete missions alone with the help of AI opponents or in co-op mode with up to four players. The co-op mode gives you various mechanics that you can use to your advantage. With simultaneous shooting, you mark specific opponents who must die at the same time. This way, each player can choose a target to eliminate.
With drones, players can gather information about the current situation in the area and mark enemies while other Ghosts from your team sneak toward the objective.
In general, you have several ways to choose how you want to complete missions. If you prefer stealth mode, you can proceed with silenced weapons and try to avoid attracting too much attention. If that is not the right playstyle for you, you can also resort to heavy weapons and grenades to complete missions. The path you choose depends entirely on you.
