The first beta invitations for Ghost Recon Wildlands have already been sent out. Here’s how to see if you’re included.
The pre-download for Ghost Recon Wildlands was supposed to start today at 8:00 AM. Many players checked this morning to see if they received confirmations for the testing phase. Initially, there were problems with the beta invitations, but these have now been resolved. The distribution of closed beta invitations for Ghost Recon Wildlands has begun!
Ghost Recon Wildlands – Beta Codes
This afternoon, the official Twitter account of Ghost Recon confirmed that the invitations and pre-load of the game would be available today. While the pre-download has officially started, many players are still waiting for a beta code.
The first beta codes have already reached players on PlayStation, Xbox One, and PC. According to Reddit, these codes are being distributed in waves, so do not lose hope if you have not received a code yet.
Find out Beta status before the email
If you do not want to constantly refresh your email inbox to find out your beta status, the following trick seems to work: Log in to your Ubisoft account and click on beta access to check the status of active beta tests on your account. Here is the official Ubisoft account website. During the beta of For Honor, players could also find out beforehand if they were accepted for the beta.
This is not a guaranteed method to check your beta access. The “trick” was presented on Reddit. Some users confirmed that they could see there before the email notification that they were selected for the closed beta of Ghost Recon Wildlands. If you qualify for the beta, you can invite three more friends to the testing phase on the official Ghost Recon website.
Did you get lucky and receive a beta code?
