The brother of Maximilian “Trymacs” Stemmler, Nici Stemmler also streams on Twitch and broke 2 PCs in the process. He managed to do this within just a few hours and had to drive to another apartment to continue streaming.
Who is it about? The brother of Twitch streamer Trymacs is also active on Twitch. He has been streaming regularly for 2.5 months and is building his own community. Previously, he was occasionally seen in his brother’s projects, now he is also pursuing social media on his own.
Days ago, Nici wanted to quietly stream Minecraft live on Twitch with his Twitch colleagues Paul Frege and Aditotoro. For this, he used Trymacs’s guest setup.
Water cooling is said to have “burst”
Two PCs break down: It was already visible in the stream that the PC was reaching its limits: The Twitch stream image was repeatedly out of sync or froze with short stutters. You can see a clip of this here on twitch.tv. Nici mentioned that the PC’s processor had a temperature of 100 degrees.
Trymacs later stated that the water cooling had “burst” (source: YouTube, from minute 00:18). There was no water left to cool the PC, causing the computer to “burn out”.
After that, Nici went into Trymacs’s LAN setup. This is where Trymacs’s LAN parties take place, which he sometimes hosts with his Twitch colleagues. But here too, the same problem occurs: The PC has “burned out” (source: YouTube, from minute 00:29). According to Trymacs, the reason is that the PC had been left unused for too long and was not being utilized.
Nici has to change apartments: Eventually, Nici went to the apartment of Twitch streamers Chefstrobel and Kuba. Since Kuba is currently not there, Nici could use his setup and continue streaming from there. Everything then worked without incidents.
Trymacs concluded about it: “He made two PCs burn out in one day. (…) Now we know that the guest setup and the LAN party setup are junk. That’s good.” (Source: YouTube, from minute 00:48).
