In EA FC 24 there is a feint that allows you to overcome any goalkeeper with the right timing. Once you’ve fooled the keeper, you can shoot the ball into the empty goal.
What trick are we talking about? We introduce you to the cancelled shot, known in the FIFA scene as Shot-Cancel. This trick works similarly to a fake shot, but comes with a better success rate.

Shot-Cancel lets goalkeepers slip into the void
How does the Shot-Cancel work? In the video, the FIFA pro first explains which button combination you need to press to execute the Shot-Cancel.
For the trick, shortly after you load a shot on target, you need to press the L2 and R2 buttons on PlayStation or the LT and RT buttons on Xbox simultaneously. Your actual input command will then be interrupted before execution.
The AI of the keepers cannot handle this cancelled shot, as seen in the video, and slips past the ball. The Shot-Cancel offers a significant advantage over the normal fake shot, which you can execute by pressing the shoot and pass button simultaneously.
The cancelled shot allows for quicker change of movement with tighter ball control. And the best part is: Every player can perform this Shot-Cancel to the same extent.
It may seem intense and unintentional, but it’s not as strong as the OP-bug that made you unstoppable. This bug was removed from the game with the new Title Update 4 along with other bugs.

The Shot-Cancel is most effective when you perform it just before the goalkeeper. The likelihood that the goalkeeper slips past the ball after the shot is cancelled is significantly higher then.
Just be aware that there is no opponent directly behind you, as this increases the risk that they will steal the ball at the last moment.
