Once you have defeated the debt collector, they will drop some items for you. This includes the Ceremonial Hunting Sword. With it, you can upgrade your best weapons, such as swords or bows. This applies from level 20, as from there the usual materials are no longer sufficient and you will need items like this hunting sword.
