The special program for version 3.8 in Genshin Impact took place today, on June 23, 2023, as a livestream. Players received information about the upcoming banners and the characters they can soon draw.
On June 23, 2023, there was a major livestream in Genshin Impact with a preview of the upcoming game content.
The new version 3.8 carries the motto “Secret Summer Paradise” and is translated in German as: “Sommer! Paradies? Mirage!”. It will be available in Genshin Impact starting July 5, 2023.
In the new version, players can expect:
- 4 rerun banners
- 2 new character skins
- 1 new invitation event
- Activities and more

These are the banners of the 5-star characters in version 3.8
As usual, the banner phases are divided into 2 sections. In the upcoming version, there will be no new 5-star characters. Instead, 4 figures will receive rerun banners.
In the first phase, the banners of these 5-star characters will run:
- Eula (Cryo and Claymore)
- Klee (Pyro and Catalyst)
In the second phase, these two special banners will follow:
- Kokomi (Hydro and Catalyst)
- Wanderer (Anemo and Catalyst)
In the meantime, it has also been announced which 4-star characters will be available on the banners at the launch of the new version.

What else will there be in version 3.8? There will be new skins for Kaeya and Klee. Additionally, there will be an invitation event featuring Kaeya.
Additionally, players will have access to the limited-time area “Veluriyam-Mirage” for exploration in the new version.
Two open-world game modes will be available to you, and you can obtain Kaeya’s new skin using collected vouchers.
In several summer activities and events, you can earn numerous rewards such as *Primogems* and the 4-star character Layla.
