How much does a visit to gamescom cost? This year, there are various types of tickets, and their prices vary depending on the visitor. We have listed the different types and prices for private visitors:

Is there a wildcard? Yes, if you want to enter gamescom on Wednesday from 1:00 PM, you can also get a so-called wildcard ticket. This costs 64.00 euros and is only valid for Wednesday from 1:00 PM.
What about tickets for the Opening Night Live (ONL)? The ONL will take place on August 19, 2025. Unfortunately, tickets for this event are already sold out.

Where can I buy tickets? You cannot purchase tickets on-site, which is why you must order them online in advance. It is best to buy your tickets from the official gamescom ticket shop. If you have a code for your tickets, you can redeem it as well.
With your ticket, you get a free travel pass for the VRS. This means you do not have to pay for public transport.

When does gamescom start and end? gamescom 2025 takes place from Wednesday, August 20, 2025, to Sunday, August 24, 2025. The opening hours vary depending on the visitor and location:

For exhibitors, the entertainment and business area is open from 7:00 AM. Wednesday is the professional visitors’ and media day. On this day, private visitors are not allowed at the fair, unless they possess a wildcard.
