“The core of this game is Triple Triad. Moreover, the monsters have abilities that are almost entirely RNG. […]
There are 8 elemental abilities that can be used in your turn in addition to an equipment and a monster. These are the only part of the game that adds a meaningful tactical layer to the core game, and they do a good job at it.
That’s pretty much the whole game. If you are a big Triple Triad fan, you will probably have a good time, but if you rate it as a CCG in general, then there really isn’t much depth. […]”
