In week 5 of season 6 in Fortnite: Battle Royale, you need to drive past five different radar devices at a speed of at least 27 or faster. But where are the signs and how do you drive fast enough? We have a map with all the locations of the speed cameras in Fortnite.
What is the challenge about? In week 5 of season 6, one task is “Get detected by various radar devices at a speed of at least 27.” Such signs can be found occasionally on the roads of Fortnite, and when you drive past them in a vehicle, your speed will be recorded.
Where are the different radar devices on the map?
How to find the radar signs: The exact locations of the speed indicators are listed here for you:
- I7 – Between racetrack and Paradise Palms: There is a radar device at the curve on the road.
- H9 – Southern road in the desert: There is also a sign on the long stretch in the south of the desert.
- G4 – South of the tunnel to Tomato Temple: When you drive north to Tomato Temple from Dusty Divot, you will find a radar device right in front of the tunnel.
- E5 – Between Tilted Towers and Pleasant Park: There is a radar device right on the border of squares E4 and E5.
- E3 – West of Lazy Links: Drive west along the southern road from the golf course and you will find a radar device at the roadside.

This is how you break the speed limit!
To reach the required 27 speed units at the radar devices, you need a vehicle. On foot, you can only manage 12. Ideally, you get a golf cart or a quad that are usually nearby.
Where can I find vehicles? Here you will find the spawn points of quads and golf carts.
How do I know if I’m fast enough? As soon as you have broken the speed limit, you will also hear a police siren as a cue for your success.
Watch out, snipers: But be careful while speeding, so that no one takes you down from behind or that you are not bothered by zombies that have recently appeared in Fortnite.
