Fortnite: Battle Royale has introduced the first content update to patch 10.0 in season 10. You can find the German patch notes here. It includes a new weapon and a building ban, among other things.
What’s new in the 10.00 update: In addition to the new sniper rifle, you will find several other cool new features in the update 10.0. This includes the new Tilted Towers and a building ban.
The features and content of patch 10.0 in PvP
New weapon – Automatic sniper rifle: This weapon fires quickly and accurately over long distances. The projectiles are faster, but it has only a reduced zoom.
- Availability: epic, legendary
- Damage: 31/33/35; headshots count double
- Ammunition: medium
- Magazine: 16
These items are being removed: None. All items in the game remain as they are.
New zone – Tilted Town: As already suggested in leaks, Neo Tilted has become history for the first time. The futuristic city has been sent back to the past through a space-time rift, when it was still called “Tilted Town” and was located in the Wild West.
In Tilted Town, you cannot build or destroy anything. Everything is immutable and therefore ideal for those who do not want or cannot build.
Additionally, Tilted Town contains spawns of items that are only available there:
- Dual-wield shotgun
- Sidearm
- Hunting rifle
- Infantry rifle (common)
What changes in Creative mode: In Creative mode, you can now build objects with a Viking theme. There’s also a limited game mode called “Sky Station Showdown,” where you need to capture and hold points.
What about the mech nerf? The controversial mechs have apparently not been changed in patch 10.0. Those who are bothered by them will have to live with the overpowering mechs in the game for now.
The patch highlights from the update to patch 10.00 in PvE
New mission – Road to Summer: This time you need to accompany the “Oberknacker” so he can record his super summer hit at the radio station. There are also weekly quests.
New weapon – Drum gun: The drum gun “Typewriter” is back in the event shop.
