Today, on March 15th, there will be server maintenance in Fortnite . During this time, the game will be offline. How long will Fortnite be down on PS4, Xbox One, and PC? What does update 3.3.0 include? We probably won’t see a new mode – but llamas and explosive remote charges!
To prepare the servers for the new update, version 3.3.0, they will be taken offline for an indefinite period.
- At 10:00 AM German time, the Fortnite servers will be down.
- Matchmaking for the Battle Royale mode will be disabled half an hour earlier – at 09:30 AM.
- So far, it is not known how long the servers will be offline.

The Fortnite servers were back online around 12:00 PM.
Actually, the patch 3.3.0 was supposed to be released yesterday, Wednesday, but Epic identified issues at short notice and postponed the update.
What does update 3.3.0 bring to Fortnite on PS4, Xbox One, and PC? Llamas and explosive charges!
The patch notes for 3.3.0 are expected to be released during the maintenance. What the update will bring is not known except for the llamas spread across the map and the remote charges.

The llamas bring new loot sources to Fortnite: Battle Royale and are already known from the Save the World mode. The llamas are said to be able to help a player immediately and are scattered across the entire map.
The C4 remote charges are also coming to Fortnite: Battle Royale and are expected to enable new tactical gameplay variations. You can attach a C4 charge anywhere and then detonate it.
In the patch, as in previous weeks, several bug fixes are likely to be included. Self-rotating parts continue to be a problem.
Bye Bye, smoke grenades! What about the new Halo skin?
With the addition of the C4 remote charges, the unpopular smoke grenades will be removed from Fortnite: Battle Royale. These are “going back to the workshop” and will be examined for customization options. It is therefore possible that they will return in the future.
Many fans are once again hoping for a shop update. Here they expect to find the affordable Battle Pack with the “Halo Skin” in the shop.
Once the servers are back online after maintenance, you can go hunting for llamas and blast your opponents into the air!
