On Xbox platforms, the update has unintentionally already been deployed. While players can join matches, cross-platform gaming remains disabled until the downtime today.
Before all players can embark on an exploration tour together, the servers will be shut down as usual.
Fortnite servers will be shut down – when and for how long?
Downtime starts in the morning: The downtime for update 14.60 starts at 10:00 AM German time. At 9:30 AM you can join a new match for the last time, after that the servers will be shut down and Fortnite will be temporarily offline.
How long will the maintenance last? Based on experiences from recent weeks and months, the work should be completed around lunchtime.
