What kind of star is this? In a season, new challenges are released weekly in the Battle Royale mode of Fortnite. These regularly reward players with a free star or a free banner. In week 5, it is again a star. We will show you the location where you can collect the coveted item.
Week 5 (S8) Finding the star – Where?
Only after you have completed all challenges from week 5 in season 8 will you unlock the loading screen and thus the star. If you have not solved the challenges, you will not find the star in the game.

The lava makes it clear that the star is located near the new volcano. If you look closely at the loading screen between the lava rivers, you can spot the star there. This is where you should search.
Where should you search? The hints indicate that you should search in the area below the volcano. Where the lava flow runs over the map and splits at the first small island. This is at grid square H4.
The star is located at the western edge of the island in front of the lava flow. Right next to the lava fall, at the edge of the largest island there. So be careful not to fall into the lava when you want to loot the star.
