Here you should search: You need to go to the village Happy Hamlet, which can be found in the south of Fortnite in the ice biome. This is located at grid box D9. Travel to this location and find the house that is near a clock tower. Build a staircase to the house. The banner is waiting at the indicated place outside the house.
