Unlocking the Predator Skin – Here’s how
To unlock the skin and cosmetics and play as Predator, you first have to complete a few tasks. We will show you how it works.
Some challenges are self-explanatory, but we will explain the more difficult challenges in detail.
These are the challenges you need to complete for the Predator items:
- Collect medkits (3)
- Find the mysterious capsule
- Talk to Beefboss, Remedy, and Dummy
- Visit the Predator’s apartment in Hunter’s Haven as Predator
- Deal damage while having infrared vision activated as Predator (100 damage)
- Spend 30 seconds as Predator within 10 meters of a player
- Complete a bounty hunt as Predator
- Collect at least legendary weapons (1)
- Defeat the Predator
Jungle Hunter Quests Week 1
Find the mysterious capsule: In one of the first tasks, you need to find the capsule that has landed on the island. For this, you need to head to Stealthy Stronghold. The mysterious capsule is located in the middle of the jungle.
Talk to Beefboss, Remedy, and Dummy: In another task from the first week, you need to talk to 3 different NPCs. This task may take a few attempts, as they do not always spawn at the same location.
But if you’re lucky, you’ll find all 3 near Stealthy Stronghold. It’s best to stop by there after visiting the mysterious capsule. You should find Beefboss, Remedy, and Dummy at these locations:
Once you have completed these 3 challenges, you will earn some Predator items like sprays and emoticons. After that, you can focus on the remaining Jungle Hunter quests.
Jungle Hunter Quests Week 2
Visit the Predator’s apartment in Hunter’s Haven as Predator: You will only be able to complete this task once you have unlocked the Predator skin. For the task, it is required that you have equipped it.
After that, you can go to the named location Hunter’s Haven on the Season 5 map and visit the Predator’s apartment. This was added with update 15.21 and contains some items of the hunter.
