Skydiving through rings in free fall at Steamy Stacks is one of the tasks of “Upcoming Chaos” in Fortnite. We show you the location and how to solve the challenge.
What kind of task is this? Rings are hidden in the chimneys at Steamy Stacks that you should cross in free fall. The location Steamy Stacks is in the northeastern part of the map, right on the edge of the water.
How to solve the task: Jump out of the bus near Steamy Stacks at the start of the match so that you can fall into one of the chimneys right after the jump.
It is important that you fly through the rings while skydiving. So without having your glider active. With a glider, it would also be difficult because the wind comes at you from below inside the chimneys. Therefore, you should actively counter steer to glide downwards.
Once you have crossed the first ring, simply open your glider again and let the winds carry you up. Then you either land there or let the air carry you further up to adjust your landing spot.
To complete the task, you only need to fly through one of the two rings.
Steamy Stacks is currently one of the best landing spots in Fortnite Chapter 2.
