Finding the Fortnite Ice Puck – Where to find the puck?
How to unlock the puck: The ice puck is available as a reward in Fortnite. You need to reach Tier 28 in the current Battle Pass for Season 7. Once you’ve reached Level 28, you can add the puck to your emote selection.
Shooting the ice puck 150 meters – Locations
There are many ways to slide the puck over a distance of at least 150 meters. One of the easiest is to throw the puck from a tall building on the Fortnite map and let it slide across an ice surface. Just position yourself at one of the mentioned locations and perform the ice puck emote.
Polar Peak: In grid square C7, you will find a frozen lake. Close by is a tower where you can land right after jumping out of the bus at the start of the game. Stand at the edge of this tower and throw the puck down from there. It should easily reach the 150 meters. YouTuber AciDic BliTzz demonstrates how to do this in his video.
Viking Ship: In grid square B6, you will find the Viking ship. Position yourself at the end of the ship facing south. From there, you can see the frozen river onto which you can throw the puck.
Where else can this be done? You can basically choose any tall mountain as a starting point to throw the puck down. The shown locations at the Viking ship and at the tower in Polar Peak are easy to reach.
Problems reaching 150 meters: It may not be possible for every player to reach 150 meters on the first throw. Try throwing from different positions at the mentioned locations and observe how the puck slides. Then you can further adjust your throws.
