Yesterday, a major event with a volcanic eruption and item selection took place in Fortnite. In the end, there was a new Fortnite map and the Drum Gun returned. However, not everyone could see the event: Therefore, Epic is now giving away the Arcana Glider as compensation.
Who gets the Arcana Glider? Players who have played the “Open Vault” mode. are supposed to receive the glider.
The mode was only online shortly before 9 PM on Saturday, May 4th. It hosted the big live event at the end of Season 8.
What does the Arcana Glider look like? The Arcana Glider is an epic glider that normally costs 1200 V-Bucks in the Epic Shop.

The glider was part of new sets that came to Fortnite on May 3rd.
When will the glider be available? It is not clear yet. Epic only mentions that players will receive it “in the next few days”.
It will probably happen over the course of next week.
This is what happens if you already have the glider: If you have already purchased the glider in the Fortnite Shop, Epic will refund the 1200 V-Bucks in Fortnite.
What was the problem? Apparently, not all players could experience the event with the opening of the vault and the volcanic eruption as planned. We received some complaints at MeinMMO as well.

“Unfortunately, many players could not experience the event due to a glitch, including me. The timer simply stayed at 0, disappeared, and did not reappear. This repeated endlessly. After 15 minutes, all players left the match without anything happening. Really frustrating; I’ve been waiting for this for days.”
