Here you need to search: The fish building is located in one of the 4 springs far north on the map. Above the place Pressure Plant, you will find the 4 springs. In the spring indicated on the bottom left of the map, you will find the fish building and the Fortbyte.
The Fortbyte is located in the tail fin of the fish. Simply break down a wall there and collect the Fortbyte. It is located in the building at the bottom in the water.
