Where do you need to search? To find Fortbyte #16, you need to go to the small nameless desert town in the south of the island. Many players call this town “Jerusalem”.
At the very south of the town, on the edge of the island, there is a house where the entrance is blocked by couches and chairs. You just need to break these to get inside the house.
Once you are in the house, go into the small bedroom. Right next to the bed, on a carpet, lies Fortbyte number 16.
