Fortnite: Fortbyte #04 – With Plasma Tail through Rings at Loot Lake

In Fortnite: Battle Royale there is now the Fortbyte #04. However, you can only get it if you fly through floating rings over Loot Lake with a specific contrail called “Plasma Tail”.

Where is the Fortbyte? Fortbyte number 04 is according to the game text, found “when flying through the rings over Loot Lake with the contrail Plasma Tail in free fall.” It’s not too hard to find. Loot Lake is large and visible on the map, and the floating rings are visible as well.

Here’s how you can collect the Fortbyte: You will automatically receive the byte when you pass through all the rings in free fall. You are not allowed to use your glider and leisurely float through.

Also, the contrail Plasma Tail must be activated. Unfortunately, you only get it if you have unlocked 89 tiers in the Season 9 Battle Pass. If you haven’t reached that point yet, you should first complete some challenges and level up.
