Fortnite: Find Fortbyte #98 inside a Viking Longhouse

In Fortnite: Battle Royale Fortbyte number 98 is now active. You can find it inside a Viking longhouse. We will show you the location here.

Where is the Fortbyte? Fortbyte number 98 can be found in the Viking village on a mountain at the edge of the snow biome. On the map, it is located below Snobby Shores.

Are there any requirements? No. You can simply land at the location, collect the byte, and the task is completed.

How to collect the Fortbyte: Travel to the Viking village in Fortnite. You can find it in grid cell B6. There are several elongated houses. One, with a place for a campfire inside, contains Fortbyte 98.

On the map, we marked which house to search in. It is the northernmost longhouse.

What are Fortbytes anyway? These are puzzle pieces scattered across the map of Fortnite. They have been part of the game since the start of Season 9.
