Fortnite servers are going down for maintenance. The new update 6.31 has a new shotgun ready for Fortnite: Battle Royale today. The servers will go offline on all platforms (PC/Mac, Xbox One, PS4, Switch, iOS, Android). You need to download a patch.
Is this the last update of Season 6? The new Season 7 starts soon. Before that, however, Epic will bring new content to Fortnite with a patch. For this purpose, the servers will be taken down, and you will be prompted to download an update.
Update: The servers are back online, and here are the patch notes for update 6.31.
Fortnite servers going offline
When will the server downtime start? As in the last week, the maintenance work will also start today at 11:00 AM.

Half an hour earlier, at 10:30 AM, you will not be able to join any new match. The lobbies will be locked. By approximately 11 AM, the servers will no longer be accessible.
When will the Fortnite servers be back online?
When can you start again? Maintenance usually lasts a few hours. You should be able to get back to playing by 2 PM at the latest. When exactly it will start again, you will find out as usual at MeinMMO.
You can also find the patch notes here, which will be published on time at the start of downtime. And they promise to be interesting!

What will update 6.31 bring for battle royale players? A new shotgun is coming! Whether the new super pump will replace the heavy shotgun is still unknown. In addition to the new shotgun, all others will receive a buff and inflict a minimum damage.
Besides the still too strong turrets, a limited-time event with Ralph from the well-known movies “Ralph Breaks the Internet” may come today.

What does update 6.31 have in store for Save the World players? Epic announced the update with the words “The story continues”. Players will then have access to Canny Valley Part 2! The turret, known from Battle Royale, should have been there long ago – maybe today?
What do you think of the update? Are you looking forward to it?
