In Fortnite, the birthday challenges are now live. To complete them, you need to dance in front of 10 birthday cakes. We will show you their locations.
What kind of task is this? Fortnite is celebrating its 2nd birthday, and that’s why there are new challenges. One task is: “Dance in front of different birthday cakes”.
What is the reward? If you dance in front of 10 cakes, you will receive new music for the lobby as a reward. If you complete all the tasks, you will receive a new pickaxe.
Locations of all birthday cakes in Fortnite
Where should you search? The cakes are spread all over the map. Here is a map that shows all the locations:

- Cake 1: In the middle of the Viking village, right in front of the longhouse
- Cake 2: In front of the large barn in Fatal Field
- Cake 3: In Salty Springs near the reboot bus and an overturned car
- Cake 4: Right in the center of Pleasant Park in front of the large wooden pavilion
- Cake 5: In Lonely Lodge at the spot where the zip lines meet
- Cake 6: In the middle of Junk Junction next to a large truck
- Cake 7: On the small hill by the racetrack in the desert area
- Cake 8: Right at the entrance of Shifty Shafts
- Cake 9: On an island in Loot Lake, north of the mysterious orb
- Cake 10: Between Paradise Palms and John Wick’s house, right between the two solar panels
Connect the tasks: For another task of the challenges, you have to regenerate health or shields by eating the cake.
So if you end up by the cakes, eat from the cake slices there and also solve the next task.
