Fortnite: Battle Royale has patch 9.41 and a strange new sniper rifle. There are also more birthday gifts and a new beam weapon in PvE.

Storm Scout Sniper Rifle and Birthday Cake – The Features and Content of Patch 9.41 in PvP
New Weapon – Storm Scout Sniper Rifle: This new sniper rifle has a kind of weather map in the scope. This allows you to see in advance where the storm is heading and where it is safe.
- Availability: epic, legendary
- Damage: 81/85, headshots deal 202/212 points of damage!
- Ammunition: Heavy ammunition
- Rate of Fire: 1.1 shots per second
This weapon is going away: Curiously, all other weapons remain in the game. Even the currently controversial Heavy Sniper, which is currently annoying the pros in tournaments.
New Items: Now you can (except in arena and tournament modes) grab these two new items:
- Birthday Gifts: Legendary boxes that drop valuable loot packages
- Birthday Cake: Gives you 5 shields and health
Gameplay Changes and Bug Fixes: Among other things, a feature called PiP (Picture in Picture) is implemented. This allows you to watch major tournaments live during the game, such as the Pro-Am or the World Championship.
What’s changing in Creative Mode: In Creative Mode, you can build film sets and try out the game mode Prop Hunt.
