Completing Bounty Hunts – The Search for the Mandalorian
In Season 5 of Fortnite’s Chapter 2, bounty hunting is a new feature that allows you as a bounty hunter to combine business with pleasure, as eliminating certain players brings you a lot of gold bars. With the new neutral NPCs on the map, contracts are negotiated.
They will appear at named or marked locations during each game. These markers are easily recognizable on your mini-map: they are marked by black and white bubbles.
How to Get a Contract?
- Approach the NPC to interact with them
- Spin the wheel until you reach the “Contract” field
- Validate the contract
Once the contract is started, the name of a player will appear on your screen and a circular orange area on your map. The player you want to eliminate is located in this area. If you kill them in time, you will complete your contract. That’s life for bounty hunters.
With each successful contract, you earn a nice amount of gold bars that you can later spend on other NPCs! Note that some contractors will appear only in one spot, while others may vary their locations.
