In Fortnite: Battle Royale, a new wave of cosmetic items has arrived to celebrate the Winter Olympics 2018 in Pyeongchang, South Korea. This includes a skin for Germany. Check out what’s available!
Fortnite: Battle Royale offers not only daily items but also special skins that can be purchased for a limited time. These skins are themed around current events or holidays – there have already been special promotions for Halloween and Christmas.
The special weekly skins this time are themed around the Olympics starting on 09.02 and are called Ski Pro.
The Catch: You can choose which country the Ski Pro should represent. The skin is of epic rarity and costs 1,500 V-Bucks, which is approximately 15 euros.
In addition to the standard skin, you can choose from the following seven countries that feature country-specific designs:
- Korea
- Canada
- China
- France
- United Kingdom
- Germany
- USA

The Ski Boot as a Harvesting Tool
In addition to the Ski Pro skins, a new harvesting tool is also available – the Ski Boot. This costs 800 V-Bucks and is of rare rarity. The tool looks strange – it is actually a boot with broken skis:
The items have been available since the last update – the featured skins and the Ski Boot are only available for one more day. So if you’re still undecided – there’s not much time left.
The last update also brought the Minigun into the game – a brutal weapon that is excellent for destroying structures.
