The Battle Pass for the upcoming Season 3 in Fortnite: Battle Royale includes some new cosmetic items, including back bling. But what is that supposed to be? Epic now provides answers!
On February 22, the new Season 3 in Fortnite: Battle Royale starts. 100 levels packed with items can be earned. In addition to the already known outfits, skins for the harvesting tool, as well as emotes and gliders, completely new items will also come to the game.
There will be individual loading screens, free-fall effects, and the so-called “back bling” with the start of the new season. Since Epic has not released any images of the new items, speculation has been rampant.
Will we have confetti blown out of our rear during free-fall effects in the future? One does not know. At least regarding the ominous “back bling”, we are now wiser!
Back Bling = Backpacks (among other things)!
Some outfits already come with a backpack. Whether it’s the Raptor or the Olympian, which could be purchased a few days ago, they carry a backpack that can be exchanged or even completely removed in the future, as an Epic employee revealed on Twitter.
But that’s not all. Not only backpacks count as “back bling”. You will also be able to remove and exchange the shield of the Black Knight. Maybe with the wings of the Valentine’s Day outfit?
Epic promises many customization options here. The more outfits you own, the more you can customize. Whether individual customization options will be available for all outfits is still unknown. We will learn more at the start of Season 3.
