Fortnite: Battle Royale is a game in the style of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds or H1Z1. You jump as one of 100 players off an island. On the ground, 99 enemies and a large map full of weapons await you.

Fortnite hardly takes itself seriously and comes with colorful graphics reminiscent of a Pixar movie. The skins you can buy and unlock are often silly, funny, and quirky.
For example, you can run around in a funky disco look, as a Christmas elf, nutcracker, cherub, teddy bear, or even John Wick! So if you want to experience your battle royale battles in a zany and funny way rather than seriously and gray, you can’t go wrong with Fortnite.
Fortnite motivates with Battle Pass to play
Fortnite: Battle Royale has no loot boxes. You always buy skins directly from the regularly changing offer. There is also the Battle Pass. When you level up your account and complete special challenges, you earn points in the pass and gradually unlock skins, emotes, and banners.
This motivates you to play a lot and also to try out other modes and tactics. The pass costs a one-time real money fee (which you can also earn limited in-game), but once you have it, all unlocked items are available without further costs.
