These are your tasks: We have researched the current week challenges from week 3 of season 5 for you and compiled them in the table below. The first three tasks can be completed by anyone. However, the challenges in the 2nd table require a Battle Pass.
How to Complete the Week 3 Challenges – Season 5
Here you will learn how to optimally complete the current weekly tasks. For some challenges, we have linked further guides for you.
Challenge 1 – Deal damage to opponents in a single match
Tricky but doable: Here, you only need to deal damage – no matter how. The trick is to do it all in a single match. But with a bit of skill, this is definitely possible. Depending on shield and health points, an average of 3 to 5 kills are needed. Best to go hunting with weapons you still have from other challenges.
Challenge 2 – Use a launch pad
No problem either: Launch pads are often found in chests. With a bit of luck, you will have one soon and can complete this challenge with a confident jump. How to find and use a launch pad, we explain in this Fortnite guide.
Challenge 3 – Follow the treasure map from Flush Factory (hard)
Treasure hunting as usual: You will find this treasure at Salty Springs. Where exactly the star is located, we will show you here in a separate guide to the location of the treasure from Flush Factory.
Challenge 4 – Shoot clay pigeons at different locations (Battle Pass only)
Reload and aim: Travel to 5 different locations on the map where special clay pigeon stands are located. There you can let the flying discs loose and then shoot them down. Where you can find the clay pigeons will be revealed in our guide as soon as possible.
Challenge 5 – Search chests at Fatal Fields (Battle Pass only)
Watch out in the fields: Fatal Field is unfortunately quite vast. There are enough chests, but reaching them all can be difficult. Also watch out for snipers.
Challenge 6 – Eliminate opponents at Haunted Hills (Battle Pass only)
Increase the ghosts! This area is tight and offers quick opportunities for kills. Make sure to land first and let it rip!
Challenge 7 – Eliminate opponents with an explosive weapon (Battle Pass only)
The usual kill job: If you haven’t finished the annoying grenade challenge from week 1 yet, you can now also complete it with this challenge. Just keep in mind that this time you can also use rockets, grenade launchers, and C4.
Pro tip: Ideally, you shoot an opponent down in a team mode and then stick a sticky grenade on the helpless one. Or you can quietly blow him away with a well-placed explosive charge.
